Twelfth Annual Banquet & Awards Ceremony

The Banquet will be on Friday, September 12, 2008 on the Spirit of Boston Luxury Ship. Boarding on the Ship will begin promptly at 1830 HOURS.  The Boat will set sail from the World Trade Center promptly at 1900 HOURS. The cocktail hour begins promptly at 1830 HOURS and will include a cash bar, cheese & cracker, fruit and vegetable Display.  Dinner will be served around 1930 HOURS and includes the menu that we have already agreed upon such as: salad, a carving station of honey glazed ham, top round roast beef, chicken fontina, pasta primavera sauteed with vegetable and complements of potatoes and green beans amadine.  The desert includes creme brulee cheesecake and chocolate marquis cake. Coffee and Teas are complimentary.  We will also have an additional desert table that is a milk chocolate fountain with fresh strawberries, dried fruits and cookies for dipping. 

Providing entertainment will be a D.J. and dancing.  There will be a table set up with ample space for speeches and awards.

The ticket price is $80.00 per person.  The capacity of the boat is 210 persons and the actual cruise time is 1900-2200 HOURS.

Parking is free for all guests at the Seaport Hotel Parking Garage across the street from the World Trade Center between the hours of 1700-2300 HOURS only!!!  Guest must bring the boarding pass with them to the hotel garage when they leave as it will be necessary for validation. All dinner guests will have the boarding passes distributed to them prior to departure.  In the event of extreme weather, the event will be held on the ship dockside.

President’s Message

I would like to welcome you to the Gay Officers Action League of New England new website. 
This has been a huge undertaking and I would like to thank Brenden Sanborn who built and designed this site.
I would also like to thank all of the members of GOAL-NE for supporting this project.
